Big Sandy Regional Airport ( ICAO: KSJS, FAA LID: SJS, former FAA LID: K22) is a public use airport in southwest Martin County, Kentucky. [2] The airport is ten miles (17 km) northeast of Prestonsburg, [1] a city in Floyd County. [1]
The airport covers 136 acres (55 ha) at an elevation of 1,221 feet (372 m). Its single runway, 3/21, is 5,051 by 100 feet (1,540 x 30 m). [1]
