Amphicarpaea, commonly known as hogpeanut,[2] is a genus of
flowering plants in the
legume family,
Fabaceae. It includes three species native to eastern North America and southern, southeastern, and eastern Asia.[1] It belongs to the
subfamilyFaboideae.
