Elections to the Baseball Hall of Fame for 2025 will be conducted according to the rules most recently amended in 2022. As in the past, the Baseball Writers' Association of America (BBWAA) will vote by mail to select from a ballot of recently retired players, with the results announced in January.
Inductees, if any, will be honored in a ceremony in Cooperstown, New York on Sunday, July 27, 2025.
The following players will appear on the 2025 ballot. There were 14 players carried over from the 2024 ballot, [1] who garnered at least 5% of the vote and were still eligible for election, as well as a selection of players whose last major league appearance was in 2019, played at least 10 seasons of Major League Baseball, and chosen by a screening committee.
