American college football season
The 1992 Tennessee State Tigers football team represented
Tennessee State University as a member of the
Ohio Valley Conference (OVC) during the
1992 NCAA Division I-AA football season. Led by fourth-year head coach
Joe Gilliam Sr., the Tigers compiled an overall record of 5–6, with a conference record of 5–3, and finished fourth in the OVC.
