Given the number of the people with the Italian variant "Giorgio", shouldn't there also be a page about people named Giorgio? Because frankly, I looked up Giorgio on Wikipedia½⅓¼⅜ and there are countless Giorgios, some of which are quite prominent.( Myscrnnm 21:26, 23 May 2007 (UTC))
There are many of places called Lake George. It seems random to list only two of them (Australia and New York). I'm not sure how best to handle this but perhaps include the link to the Lake George disambiguation page and remove those two instances. Jojalozzo ( talk) 18:40, 8 October 2021 (UTC)
