Yasmin Vossoughian is a television journalist currently serving as a national reporter on MSNBC.
She was the host of MSNBC’s weekend rolling news program, Yasmin Vossoughian Reports, airing from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. ET on weekends, until it was canceled in November 2023. [3] Vossoughian regularly fills in for José Díaz-Balart, Andrea Mitchell, and Chris Jansing on weekday editions of MSNBC Reports.
Previously, she was the anchor of Morning Joe First Look, the now-cancelled pre-show for MSNBC’s flagship weekday morning show, Morning Joe. [4] Prior to joining MSNBC, she was employed by CNN for CNN's sister channel HLN (formerly CNN Headline News), working as a correspondent. [5]
