Hello!
How's it goinng? Just as a proof of goodwill and to let you know that it's not my intention to get into conflicts with you or other users in this site, I wanted to show you where I got the information regarding some of the awards and nominations of the TV series "Mi pecado".
Peple en Español Awards: https://peopleenespanol.com/gallery/ganadores-telenovelas/
Latin ACE Awards: https://cntpaldia.org/anuncian-los-ganadores-en-cine-y-television-para-los-ace-2011
You decide whether the information has to be included or not... Anyway, I hope you get to realize that my intention was not to vandalize any Wikipedia article.

Hello!
Originally, it was said it was Sebastián Rulli who had got the award that year for "Teresa" (which would have been the right thing, I guess), but, according to TV Notas (not sure about it's reliability, that's why I ask) it's supposed that it had been given to René Strickler.
Anyway, if this is not considered a reliable source, I won't add it again, ha-ha! The fact is that "Para volver a amar" had won 7 Bravo Awards, not only 5. A great telenovela, really. A pity Rebecca Jones hadn't been recognized that year as she should, since Agelique Boyer won the TVyNovelas and Bravo Awards for Best Actress, the ACE Award was given to Lucero for "Soy tu dueña" and the People en Español Award was awarded to Kate del Castillo for "La Reina del Sur"... Rebecca Jones only won the TV Adicto Golden Award by Álvaro Cueva in the category of Best Return in 2010, but since there are no reliable sources about that, obviously it can't be added...

Hi!
How's it going? I wanted to inform you I made some recent edits on the article about the telenovela "Para volver a amar", concerning the classification of the cast.
Originally, they had put the names of actors like Alberto Estrella and Susana González among the main cast, but if you look at the way it's classified in the musical theme at the beginnig, Estrella used to appear as a Guest Star and later entered the main cast almost at the end of the series, Susana González was also a Guest Star (as it has been described by herself in some interviews, too) whose character was written especially for her after communicating with Giselle González asking to participate, since she liked "Para volver a amar" from the first episode...
In other words, those actors started participating weeks or even months after the show´s premiere thanks to its success in Mexican TV... So I added them as Guest Stars, together with other actors who had played small roles (like Bárbara's lover played by Mario Loria or Valeria's teacher at the beginnig who was played by Arturo Barba, for example). So I put them in that category together with many others, like Justo Martínez, who appeared in the last episode as Alcides' father, or Blanca Guerra who made a brief performance in the last scene of the telenovela congratulating Rebecca Jones and her team for the success of their real estare company or something like that.
You can check it out. I put it like that since sometimes the order in which the actors where presented at the musical theme was a bit confusing (it's not clear if Pablo Valentín went first, or if it was Eduardo España), so I followed the order they were displayed in at IMDB, which is not always the most reliabele source, but actually the cast was displayed more orderly there than in the musical theme).
If you don't agree with the way I classified the characters, you can restore it to the original version, where Alberto Estrella, Justo Martínez and Susana González appeared as part of the main cast...

Hello, I am aware that you created all the season pages for La casa de los famosos US version. La casa de los famosos México page was done by another creator and all the edits have been accepted thus far. I ask if you can please let this new audience be a part of presenting the information for this new Mexican reality in their own way. Hello, my friend!
I recently made some edits concerning the cast of the 2001 telenovela El manantial, classifying the actors according to the main theme... I added in the main cast the actors that appear mainly before the title (except Évora, whom they classify as Participación especal in the main theme), I also added all the others that appear as Patricipaciones estelares under the label of Recurring and all the rest (namely Manuel Ojeda, Sylvia Pasquel, Patricia Navidad, Olivia Bucio, Angelina Peláez, Raymundo Capetillo, Jorge Poza and Karyme Lozano) I put them as Also main, since they all apper after the title is displayed. Finally, I added Azela Robinson, Nuria Bages and Marga López, along with Évora, as Special performances, as it is also stated in the trailer of the telenovela.
I'd apreciate it a lot if you could check it out... I hope it looks fine. In case you don't agree, you know you can restore it to the previous version, of course...

Hello!
I recently edited the plot summary of the 1996 telenovela Cañaveral de pasiones, replacing it with the original one from that year. I chose that summary, since it doesn't reveal much of the plot and only refers to certain key characters into the main story...
Furthermore, following the original musical theme credits, I removed Juan Soler from the Main cast... I guess they had put Gattorno back then as the main protagonist due to his popularity, since he had just protagonized La dueña, while Juan Soler was having his first major role. I really hope it looks fine!

Hello!
I recently edited the plot summary of Ernesto Alonso's 2002 telenovela La otra... I also classified the cast again following the way it is displayed in the musical theme.
The plot I added is based on the one from Alma-latina.net, although with some little differences, since it's not that well-written... I usually try to find plot summaries that don't reveal a great part of the story, since I think they look quite better...
Furthermore, since the first time I watched La otra many years ago, I remember the title referred specifically to the good girl, whom they called "The Other Woman" in the lead's ranch, since he couldn't even bear to hear her name, due to his depression even 10 years after her supposed "death", although he was married to her dopleganger... So I left the summary to the point were Cordelia takes the other woman's place and not the opposite which happens almost at the end, being a turn one would expect in this kind of telenovela, although viewers didn't know exactly how and when they would switch places back then, ha-ha!
It's not like I like to come and edit what other have already written, of course, so if you think the previous plot summary was OK, you can restore it...

Hi! How's it going?
I recently removed some of the awards and nomminations of the telenovela "Niña amada mía", since, after checking out the reference below ( https://web.archive.org/web/20030822030141/http://www.esmas.com/espectaculos/farandula/295201.html), I found out the TVyNovelas Award for the Best Musical Theme is not even mentioned (maybe it wasn't even delivered, which would have been an unjustice, but, anyway, it might haave been an omission of the article's writer himself... I'm sure you know better, I just didn't want to bother with that, ha-ha!).
It also states that the award for Best Direction was a Special Award, which would mean no other nominees were taken into account, if I'm not wrong...
The same with "Amor real". I checked the references under the 2004 TVyNOvelas Awards (I guess, added by you, too) and the Best Direction Award is not mentioned, either, as if it hadn't been delivered... So I removed that part. Since there are no videos one can't be sure, but I guess after you check it out, too, you'll know better...
Have a nice day and thanks for your help and your attention! Nick Bizer ( talk) 19:59, 10 July 2023 (UTC)
The Plot Present section you indicated states, "For articles that do not have a dedicated cast section, as key characters are introduced in the plot of a film or play with a known cast, list the actors' names in parentheses after them, Character (Actor), where applicable." Notice that the inclusion of actors' names was only recommended "For articles that do not have a dedicated cast section". Be aware of this. Jellysandwich0 ( talk) 17:39, 3 August 2023 (UTC)
Hi, I was the person who changed Jessica C. to Coch. I watch Los 50 and I’m pretty familiar with all the contestants. To ease confusion with fans trying to find out who was eliminated, just use the names in which they are referred to. Like in the show, Fernando L. is known as Lozada and Jessica C. was known as Coch on the show. Because technically wouldn’t the contestant Bebeshita be known as Daniela A.? It wouldn’t make any sense for fans to go to check the table and see some names that aren’t accurate to the show? 173.3.162.20 ( talk) 07:41, 5 August 2023 (UTC)
Hello
I recently made an edit to the pages Terra e Paixão and Amor Perfeito, two Brazilian novelas currently on air on TV Globo. They now have English titles confirmed : Land of Desire and Perfect Love respectively. However, the edits were removed due to lack of citations and I even added images for said novelas with the titles in English typography, images which were also removed.
Whilst the novelas have yet to be added on the Globo Screenings web portal for buyers with these titles, the titles were already confirmed on Globo Screenings Instagram Account (With English Typography added) on this post NdegwaNguru97 ( talk) 11:07, 8 August 2023 (UTC)

Hello Telenovelafan215
Sometimes, we are able to confirm English titles of telenovelas and then you delete them and I'd like to know how we can go about collaborating on this element of telenovela Wiki pages as it is frustrating to find useful information, edit and then find it removed. Some pages of telenovelas I see on Wikipedia have "direct translations" when they already have official English titles given. I am writing this message as a heads-up to updates certain pages with their official English titles while others whose names were confirmed a while back but not yet update on Wikipedia i.e. Parientes a la Fuerza (official title: Meet the Family), El Amor Invencible (official title: Invincible Love), Perdona Nuestros Pecados (official title: Family Sins), Mi Camino es Amarte (official title: The Path of Love), Terra e Paixão (official title: Land of Desire), Amor Perfeito (official title: Perfect Love). If there is something I need to know before helping in edits before/after, please let me know. These are all official titles for these particular telenovelas. Provided titles (the actual titles sold to countries around the world not what is on Netflix) and then they were reverted even when I added concrete reliable references. I won’t assume this is a move to spite so I’ll ask why that was done because I actually think that the opening paragraphs of these pages should have notes like : On Netflix, La Venganza de Analía is titled Her Mother’s Killer but the entire page can’t be called a name that is specific to a single streaming platform
N.B. La Venganza de Analía aired on Telemundo Africa this year and true to form, they acquired it from Caracól as Ana’s Revenge. NdegwaNguru97 ( talk) 01:57, 29 October 2023 (UTC)

Karen Barroeta is the Executive Producer of the program. She is named as such in another section of the page. She is the head executive producer on behalf of Telemundo, and is named as such in the opening credits of the show. Sebbydacool84 ( talk) 20:27, 24 November 2023 (UTC)
Stop reverting the correction. I worked on the program. Scheuren is my boss, and I worked daily with Valentán and Barrios to make the show. Barroeta is credited as Executive Producer on the show. If you watch the series, you will find her name listed among Executive Producers. I was in the room when they were editing the episodes. If you want evidence, it is here:
There it clearly states that both Karen Barroeta and Ximena Cantuarias worked as Executive Producers on the program. Now stop deleting correct information without any knowledge of the matter.

Hello, my friend! How's it going?
You know, I wanted to inform you about the revert of a recent edit of mine in the article concernig "Laberintos de pasión". I had added some information related to a series of awards won by that production at the time of its release and the following user ( /info/en/?search=User:Luis1944MX) whom I have already known from the Spanish Wikipedia, has deleted all that I had added supposdly for being "unsourced". Furthermore, he added the name of Eugenio Cobo among the main cast, which was not originally included.
Knowing the user from some time ago, I can tell he is a kind of troublemaker and even though one might show him his sources, the guy refuses to accept them. He even gets to become rude and resorts to slandering other users to the librarians (I'm saying this based on my own experience from the Spanish Wikipedia, where he had me blocked because he just couldn't accept that Diana Bracho had won an ACE award for her performance in "Cadenas de amargura", which I have cited properly here, from the official ACE Awards page).
Furthermore, since I don't want to mess with that guy so as not to get into trouble with no reason, I would like to share my sources with you and let you decide what has to happen with my edit.
Mainly, I made some slight changes to the classification of the cast, based on the original opening theme. On the first place, somebody added Eugenio Cobo's name, which officially appears as "Actuación estelar" and I had tried to remove it. On the other hand, Alma Delfina is included among the main cast in the first episodes, and also Roberto Antúnez's name cones among the recurring cast. I had written that according to this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z-iPzcXfO0I Yet, even if you check the last episode's opening theme, Eugenio Cobo is never included among the main cast, which ends with María Rubio ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lALLeLFmr9w==). Not even was he inluded in the Univision opening theme ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n67jdP_l8e8), so that's why I had decided to remove him from the plainlist, yet that user insists on restoring him.
Moreover, when it comes to the awards I was taliking about, my sources are the following:
Here says about César Évora's Bravo Award: https://archivo.eluniversal.com.mx/espectaculos/13463.html.
This archive mentions that Azela Robinson had won a Palmas de Oro Award as Best Villain for her performance in 2000: https://www.gabrielblanco.cc/nuevaweb/pdf/azela_robison.pdf
And I had also found this link ( https://web.archive.org/web/20070206163451/http://www.latinaceawards.org/index-01.html) from the official ACE Awards site which mentions Francisco Gattorno and Abraham Ramos as winners for their performances in the categories of Best actor and Best Co-lead actro, respectively.
Thus, I guess my edit was not exactly unsourced. Honestly, I would like to avoid getting into trouble with the aformentioned user, but I think it's a pity that he just reverted my edit without checking the sources at all. I remember in the Spanish Wikipedia he had once even added an award given to William Levy for "Pasión", labeling him as a "Ganadora", when it is well-known he is a male actor; I had tried to set it right and he accused me of disrespecting other's work in Wikipedia.
Anyway, that's why I wanted to share with you my souurces and explain the way I'm editing. I'll try to recover my original edit and you can check it to see if you agree. If you consider that Luis1944MX's edit is more correct, we leave it as it is, since the least I want is to start fighting with that Luis for no reason. But, anyway, I think we should take care so that the Wikipedia in English stays clear from users who do not respect others and who add or remove information just for the sake of it.
Have a nice day and thanks for your attention, man! I really appreciate the fact that we have been collaborating all this time with mutual respect in all these telenovelas-related matters.
Best regards Nick Bizer ( talk) 10:46, 18 December 2023 (UTC)
Hello!
First of all, let me wish you a Happy New Year full of health, progress and success. Secondly, I wanted to thank you for letting me understand that whole thing about that {{Div col|colwidth=30em}} thing, that editors put on the names of the cast members (like in "Amarte es mi pecado") which I hadn't quite realised why it is put so I used to remove it, but I'll stop doing it... I thought it was useless, ha-ha! It's experience talking, I guess! Ha ha ha!
Now, concerning "El hotel de los secretos" I wanted to thank you for adding the sources on the awards it had won. Honestly, I would like to make some changes regarding the cast in the near future (now that I´m on vacation and have plenty of time). That production in particular had received a very strange treatement at the time of its broadcast. For the first 5 episodes the opening theme was extremely short and among the main credits appeared Irene Azuela, Erick Elías, Diana Bracho and Daniela Romo. A week later they added a longer theme with a different instrumental music and they changed the order in which the two veteran actresses appeared adding more cast members. Finally, it was changd again at episode 49, if I'm not wrong, changing the musical theme and all the graphics once more. Quite strange.
The idea I had was to follow the order the actors appeared at that specific final theme that was used from episode 49 till the end and put them all except the ones that appear before the title is dispalyed as Recurring and finally add all the rest as Guest stars (including Claudia Ramírez, Ximena Herrera, etc). It's funny, since when I used to watch it we were wondering "¿Tendrá el tercer crédito Diana Bracho o de plano el cuarto en esta producción?" (I've been a Diana Bracho fun for many years, definitely, so I used to watch all of her shows and movies. It's a fan's duty, no matter what, ha-ha!).
Now, as to those ACE Awards I removed the producer's name because as far as I've seen they usully put it by title, but in any case, you decide how you like it more. I guess, the producers receives the award anyway...
What I also wanted to show you was this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XSxcJvt2QzA It's the official shortlist for the Villains in the 2017 TVyNovelas Awards as shown in Programa Hoy, where you can see that Arleth Terán was not included. What I had also tried to do was to put the actors in an alphabetical order in the article concerning those awards, since I guess we can't be sure if Diana Bracho came second, or if it was Sabine Moussier, as the audience used to vote more for her back then. I always put the actors in alphabetical order, so as to avoid shwoing favoritism and so on. Imagine, if it was up to me, Diana Bracho would be the winner all the time, ha-ha! But it wouldn't be fair in this case, I think.
To be honest, I'm sure there are many other users who also try to contribute, it's not like I come and change everything because I think I know better. I usually try to ensure that those articles look homogeneous and as impartial as it can be, ha-ha! I'd like you to check out my edit on the 2017 TVyNovelas Awards and tell me what you think about how I proceeded with it... I won't change the italics, etc... Just put the elements in alphabetical order and remove Arleth Terán, ha-ha! If you don't agree, you can restore it to the previous version (just don't add Arleth Terán again!).
Have a nice day and thanks for your help and your attention! Nick Bizer ( talk) 20:36, 2 January 2024 (UTC)
Hello, my friend! How's it going?
Some days ago, I found this video in Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zD6VjumEwOA It is from the official 2002 TVyNovelas ceremony and if you check towards the end of the video, you'll see that the screenwriters, Cuauhtémoc Blanco, María del Carmen Peña and Víctor Manuel Medina were awarded that year with a special award for Best Plot (or as it is officially called "Best Original Story or Adaptation") for this telenovela, delivered to them by the exectutive producer, Carla Estrada.
The other awards are all right (Best Telenovela, Best Actress for Adela Noriega, Best Actor for Mauricio Islas, Best Villain for Tommasi, Best Leading Actress for Daniela Romo, Best Co-leads for Paty Navidad and Jorge Poza, a Special Award for Olivia Bucio's performance and Best Direction for Mónica Miguel delivered to her by the protagonist, Mauricio Islas). This means the telenovela has won 10 awards in total, instead of 9.
Now, the matter is that this Youtube video normally can't be cited, but I guess what I just saw was true, ha-ha-ha! So, what should we do? I could add this information and then you decide if you wish to delete it, but if you check the link, you'll confirm that what I'm saying is right. I didn't even remember that award was given to them. I mean, I do remember when they were awarded for "Mi pecado" in 2010, but this one had completely slipped my mind, ha-ha! Anyway, they diserved it: "El manantial" was a good story, tragic and at the same time funny, violent yet at the same romantic. One of my favourites, indeed...

Hi!
I wanted to inform you about my recent edits on the page concerning the 2014 telenovela "El color de la pasión". More specifically, I replaced the plot summary with the official one by Televisa and also edited the awards and nominations section, addinng all the nominations in the 2015 TVyNovelas Awards (for example, the ones for Best Original Story or Adaptation or Best Cast) and also the ones the show got in the Auience's Favorites (e.g. in the category for Best Smile not only was Esmeralda Pimentel nominated, but also Erick Elías and Michelle Renaud). Furthermore, I added the five TV Adicto Golden Awards won by some members of the cast in 2014 (accompanied with a cite from Milenio) and put all the actors apart from the ones appearing before the title under the label "Recurring", leaving as "Guest stars" only the cast that appeared in the first five episodes. I really hope you will agree. Of course, if there´s something you dislike, you know you can restore to the old version or make any other changes that you consider appropriate.
Have a nice day, my friend! Nick Bizer ( talk) 00:35, 10 February 2024 (UTC)
Thanks for the description of "Vivir de amor." With respect to the personalities, the character names don't correspond to the Spanish naming convention of first surname being a person's father's first surname, and second surname being a person's mother's first surname. This applies to either sex, and women do not change it upon getting married -- just sometimes adding "de . . ." to include their husband's first surname. Using the Spanish naming convention aids greatly in trying to track down whose who in the telenovela, because it gives you directly the relationships among family members. 150.131.110.193 ( talk) 14:47, 25 February 2024 (UTC)
Hello, my friend! I hope you're doing really well!
I saw you removed my edit concerning the three nominations of "María la del Barrio" in the 1996 Eres Awards for being unsourced... You know, in fact, they're not exactly unsourced, the matter is the source just can't be cited because it is a Youtube video, ha-ha! You can check here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BNwVO-zi7WI. Just check the shortlists with the nominees in each category, don't have to watch all that "retro" thing, ha-ha!
According to this video, in the Best Actress (or Best Young Lead Actress) category the nominees were Angélica Rivera for "La dueña", Lucero for "Lazos de amor" and Thalía for "María la del Barrio" (the winner being Lucero); also in the Best Actor category they had nominated Fernando Colunga, Francisco Gattorno and Luis José Santander for the same productions, this tine the winner being Gattorno, who also won for Best Debut. Thalía's song was also nominated, as well as Lucero's, yet both lost. For Best Telnovela they had chosen "Alondra", along with "La dueña" and "Lazos de amor", again being won by "La dueña".
I don't really care a lot about "María la del Barrio", I just found that video and added the three nominations, so you decide either you wish to restore them or not. Definitely, it's not among my favorite shows, ha-ha! But I can see Thalía's fans would love to see her nominated...!
Furthermore, I'd like to ask you a question about "Mañana es para siempre", another show I really don't like, although it was among the favorites of my "abuela" so we watched it from beginnig to end, ha-ha! There, only Lucero did a good job for me. And the ages of the cast had been a disaster (much worse than in the much criticized "Fuego en la sangre", but anyway...) It seems few people noticed that Lucero was 39 years old while Colunga was 42, yet he played a student, and that Guillermo Capetillo, aged 50 at that time, was cast as Lucero's stepson!!!!
Anyway, the thing is I remember that originally the protagonistic antagonist's "real" name was "Rebeca Sánchez Frutos" and she was using the alias "Bárbara Greco" to extract revenge, etc... So, I guess the name of "Rebeca Sánchez Frutos" should be written on the left side of the slash, while the false name should be written on the right side; yet, in the story she was better known as "Bárbara", nicknamed "The Hyena". Do you think it would be better if we changed that, or leave it as it is?
Have a nice day and, thanks for your attention and your always valuable cooperation! Nick Bizer ( talk) 12:31, 26 February 2024 (UTC)
Hello, my friend!
I wanted to inform you I replaced the plot summary for "Alma de Hierro" with the official one (adding a source, of course) and yet it is quite long, ha-ha! At least, it doesn't reveal the ending... Generallly, I do not paraphrase what is on the site, as you might have noticed, but maybe you can edit it to make it compy with the Wikipedia guidelines as to its length, as you did with "El color de la pasión", whenever you have time...
I would also like to share with you the following article: https://www.nydailynews.com/2009/01/15/ace-premia-los-girasoles-ciegos-y-maldeamores/. It has to do with my latest edit on "Querida enemiga". As you can see, María Rubio is not mentioned among the 2009 ACE Awards winners and, of course, the category for Best Villain does not exist!
Furthermore, when it comes to the special TV Adicto Golden Award given to "En nombre del amor" (by the way, a terrible telenovela!) I found it in a forum, that's why it was impossible for me to cite it. Actually, it's the same award that Álvaro Cueva gave in 2010 to José Alberto Castro's "Teresa", which he calls "Premio especial a la telenovela que se superó sobre la marcha", as you can confirm in this link you have found yourself ( https://web.archive.org/web/20171228000717/http://www.alvarocueva.com/alvaro_cueva2011/articulo_detalle.php?IdArticulo=3227), and which I chose to translate as "Special Award for Telenovela That Improved Along The Way".
Now, if you check this page, published in Tapatalk, which cannot be cited ( https://www.tapatalk.com/groups/tvvi/tv-adicto-golden-awards-2010-lvaro-cueva-t29760.html), it is the exact copy of the one you've found... So, I guess, it must have been the same when it comes to the 2008 TV Adicto Golden Awards, since the original file (Adicto Golden Awards... por Álvaro Cueva; La peor telenovela extranjera es..../articulo_detalle.php?IdArticulo=3227 Álvaro Cueva) seems to have disappeared. Unless, you could find it, being experienced in all of this, because, to be honest, I'm not experienced at all... Anyway, you decide what to do with that award; I just wanted to let you know it was something I found on the internet, which I guess is true. It was not invented by me in any case, ha-ha! I just translated it...

Hello, my friend!
I recently made some edits on the artile about the telenovela "Niña amada mía", where I replaced the synopsis with a more concise and shorter one and arranged the cast as it was presented in the telenovela's official website ( https://web.archive.org/web/20080923022006/http://www.esmas.com/ninaamadamia/elenco/277878.html), since, in my opinion, the opening theme is a bit confusisng as to the cast's classification. I really hope you will agree.

How about to watch that soap opera outside of your homeland? 138.121.49.161 ( talk) 23:36, 2 April 2024 (UTC)
Hello, my friend!
I hope you're doing well. I wanted to share with you the following links that refer to the 2004 TVyNovelas Awards and, more specifically, to the category that was won by Ana Bertha Espín and Ernesto Laguardia for "Amor real".
https://archive.ph/20131105032413/http://img59.imageshack.us/img59/7030/pag3.jpg https://archive.ph/20131105032336/http://img59.imageshack.us/img59/6484/pag4.jpg
According to these scans, the category's name was "Actriz/Actor coestelar" translated as "Co-lead Actress/Actor", instead of "Actriz/Actor de reparto", equivalent to "Supporting Actress/Actor". I guess it happened like in 2008 or 2009, when again the category's name was the same. I mean, I know Wiikipedia says other things, but according to the magazine the category was "Actores coestelares".
Now, when it comes to Héctor Ortega's nomination for Best Leading Actor for "Alegrijes y rebujos", I haven't been able to find another source apart from my own memory, ha-ha! The same happens with Arath de la Torre's nomination, there is no source (unless you have found something, of course). The only source I've found has to do with Jacqueline Bracamonntes' award for Best Female Revelation in the following link: ( https://archive.ph/20131105032338/http://img59.imageshack.us/img59/6975/pag5t.jpg).

Hello, my friend! I hope you´re doing well.
I noyiced you recently edited the classification of the cast of the 1996 Televisa telenovela "Cañaveral de pasiones" putting the actors from Jorge Russek to Roberto Ballesteros under the label of "Main".
Actually, that telennovela´s opening theme had a particularity: First of all, are credited Daniela Castro, Francisco Gattorno, Angélica Aragón, Leonardo Daniel, Fernando Balzaretti and Alma Delfina, then follows the title and the names of the writers and adapters closing the first section; after that, they add the names of César Évora and Felicia Mercado as Guest stars and open a new section that includes Jorge Russek, Juan Soler, María Eugenia Ríos, Josefina Echánove, Elizabeth Dupeyeyrón, Marisol Santacruz, Patricia Navidad, Liza Willert, Tony Bravo and Norma Lazareno (along with the kids that play the main characters in the first 15 episodes). After that, they add the "Reparto estelar" or "Recurring cast" in alphabetical order starting with Rodrigo Abed and finishing with Gilberto Román, to finally put the villains (Azela Robinson and Roberto Ballesteros). The classification looks very similar to what Carla Estrada and her team did with the opening credits of "El manantial" (if you chack, even the story has got simmilarities with "Cañaveral"). You can check the opening theme whenever you have time and confirm what I'm talking about: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AQTGsaAp44I.
I think what makes "Cañaveral de pasiones" a masterpiece is the clever way it plays with the audience presenting us something completely different from what one would expect; at that time, we all thought that the main protagonist indeed would be Gattorno and that Angélica Aragón was about to play the first villain in her career, to finally realize that the true villain was Azela Robinson, while the real protagonist at the end turned out to be Juan Soler.
Of course, if you think I´m wrong, you can restore the article to its previous version.
