Renaming Article

The Article's name is now inncorrect as it has Tsars of Russia in it as well. I propose to change the name of this page to Sovereign Rulers of Russia. If you agree to this proposale please but the word agree and sign your username. If you disagree please write oppose sign your username and give a reason. If you change your mind during the discussion is taking place please remove your agree or oppose sign but keep the rest of your text their so that it can be used and recorderd as part of the discussion. The composition of the article is inappropriate. Every ruler before Bogoliybskiy, or arguably before Ivan IV, had absolutely no relationship to Russia and to its rule. They will be removed. Stop clumping things together that do not belong! 70.21.65.215 ( talk) 20:21, 10 December 2008 (UTC) reply

Olga of Kiev in Template

Why is there no ruler of Olga? She ruled from 945 to 960 as the regent under the youngest son of Svyatoslav after the death of her husband, the Kiev prince Igor Rurikovich (information from Russian Wikipedia). Bogolub ( talk) 10:06, 30 October 2017 (UTC) reply
