New York City Template‑class

This template is within the scope of WikiProject New York City, a collaborative effort to improve the coverage of New York City-related articles on Wikipedia. I would like to re-organize the template to this:

1. The selected image covers an iconic building (Kingsbridge Armory), an elevated train station (Kingsbridge Road #4 train station), and a main urban street (Kingsbridge Road).
2. I've added Bronx Manor - which is a small neighborhood north of Pelham Bay Park.
