There's a quote "Although Tertiary education in the EU includes universities, it can differ from country to country" is there some legislative act for this? Or what does EU means there? I propose merging Higher education into Tertiary education. They are used interchangeably. The different lemmas including Post-secondary education are used with similar frequency, but Tertiary education slightly more frequent. HudecEmil ( talk) 08:52, 6 October 2023 (UTC) reply
