Depends how you count Toledo and Buffalo

If you tabulate the greater Detroit/Windsor area to include the satelite boundary points of Flint, London and Toledo - as most do - there are more people in the Metro-Detroit/Windsor bi-national area than in San Diego-Tijuana.

But even if you don't count Toledo, you must count Buffalo, New York as part of the Golden Horseshoe of Toronto-Hamilton-Buffalo - which is far and away the largest international metropolitan area in North America; and second-largest worldwide, after Kinshasa/Brazzaville (which, with 12 million people, is also the world's largest metropolitan Francophone community).

No such place as "Caba"

This was clearly put in by the owner of cabaliving.com to promote his website. A Google search shows that nobody refers to the San Diego-Tijuana region as "Caba" except this single website. Rsduhamel ( talk) 18:04, 9 November 2013 (UTC) reply

There is a major focus on San Diego

There is no backrground in how the relationships and comercial trade are done, neither the development of the city of Tijuana and other mexican conurbated cities. YoalliAlfaro ( talk) 02:25, 1 November 2016 (UTC) reply

University City is not in North County

North County, on the coastal side, is usually considered to start with Del Mar. University City is no more North County than La Jolla. Granted, it's not too far away, but in the coastal areas along the I-5/I-805 corridor, the San Diego city limits are generally considered the boundary. See the Wikipedia article.
