It's frustrating to see such simplistic sentences as "Please Mr. Postman, a song by the Beatles." It's not by the Beatles -- I know that's not what was meant by "by the Beatles", but let's adapt a more specific and clear way of describing such things. It's a Motown song co-written by unknown collaborators in Detroit, and it was made famous by the Marvellettes. I've tagged this list as "unreferenced", as the individual musicians were uncredited prior to 1971. While Marvin Gaye on drums and Richard "Popcorn" Wylie on piano (the only place that seems to mention Eddie Willis on guitar is his own article, when other Wikipedia articles can't be used as references) are ostensibly well documented as having played on the song, how does anyone know that Benny Benjamin, Joe Hunter, James Jamerson and Eddie "Bongo" Brown played on this? Presumably, Hunter being the bandleader and principal keyboardist of the Funk Brothers at the time, Benjamin the principal drummer, Jamerson the principal bassist, and Brown one of the most prolific percussionists for Motown Records' house band (the Funk Brothers) were just thrown in there, simply because they were among the most prolific members of the Funk Brothers at the time. No sources to verify that they played on the song, and I'd say that's original research. It'd be nice to see some sources that identify Willis (other than his own article), Hunter, Benjamin, Jamerson and Brown as players on this song, and if no sources can be found (and it's entirely possible that no reliable sources exist for much of this info) then these musicians may need to be removed. Since the lede paragraph mentions the song "Feel it Still", would it also be worth mentioning that the above listed song contains slightly modified lyrics taken from the main chorus of this song?
