Fair use rationale for Image:Chuck Berry - New Juke-Box Hits.jpg

Image:Chuck Berry - New Juke-Box Hits.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. BetacommandBot 19:44, 2 June 2007 (UTC) reply

Does I'm Talking About You deserve a page ?

I'm Talking About You was covered by the Rolling Stones, the Yardbirds and the Beatles...It seems to me that it does deserve a page. I've created it in French and I would be quite willing to translate it for prosperity. See " I'm Talking About You [ fr". Your call... Poirier2000 ( talk) 23:32, 20 February 2018 (UTC) reply

Composer field could be added - "Chuck Berry"

I base this on a search of google images for the actual 45 rpm labels which clearly show him as the sole composer. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Kevintimba ( talkcontribs) 18:31, 9 September 2019 (UTC) reply

I made a mistake in thinking that the composer field was not filled in, and I'm not sure how to delete. I came to this page via disambiguation from the Ray Charles song and thought this was a page for the song I'm Talking About You, not the album that contains it. I agree with the above that the Berry song needs a page badly as it has such strong connections to the Beatles and Paul McCartney's many quotes where he discusses the appropriation of the bass part for I Saw Her Standing There and comments on copyright law, particularly relevant in our current alarming legal climate with the Katy Perry Dark Horse case and appeal. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Kevintimba ( talkcontribs) 18:40, 9 September 2019 (UTC) reply
