Now I see why other nations’ flags are in the state table; citations are incomplete
I did not see the rightmost column listing nation most similar to the US state as to life expectancy in that table until after my edit summary was posted. Sorry for my error in that description. I changed nothing, just put the question in edit summary.
The references need to be filled out in this article. I did a few of them just now, with title= and work=, and authors when available. I put today as the access date, as I did find the url live today. I do not subscribe to Washington Post, so I could not add the date of the article nor see if there are authors to add to citation. Some refs include dead links. - -

I got the date and author for Washington Post article, Bernstein 2018. I could not see it using copy of link in a search bar, but I could see it using part of the title in a search bar. The date shown on the article text is November 29 2018, though the url might indicate November 28. Perhaps a slight modification was made? - -
