Unclear Pronoun Antecedent

From the first section: "At age 20, she gave birth to her first child, which her mother gave up for adoption."

It is unclear who gave the child up for adoption: was Linda the "mother", or was Linda's mother the "mother"?

This is sloppy writing for a significant detail, but I don't have the time to check with primary sources. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Johnny Mnemonic ( talkcontribs) 21:02, 6 January 2015 (UTC) reply

Activist

Since she had said she was forced to become a pornographic actress, I say we shouldn't define her as one in the first paragraph. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 88.253.248.27 ( talk) 02:39, 6 February 2011 (UTC) reply

This article keeps quoting this book, but not once does it give page numbers. The tag should not be removed until this major reference issue is addressed. -- Tenebrae ( talk) 20:58, 27 April 2011 (UTC) reply

Cleanup needed, again

Someone has added a large block of information about David Winters, with whom she either had an affair or a marriage (I can't tell which). It says that Winters helped her leave porn, but other than that I don't see anything notable here. Opinions? — Preceding unsigned comment added by NeoAdamite ( talkcontribs) 23:06, 6 July 2011 (UTC) reply

Non-marriage to Traynor

In her 1980 book Odeal, Lovelace states that when she tried to have her marriage to Traynor annulled, no official trace could be found of it ever having taken place. Lovelace thought that the ceremony, apparently conducted by a judge, had been faked. Unless there is more recent evidence to the contrary, I am thinking that this should be mentioned in the article somewhere. HairyWombat 05:07, 1 November 2011 (UTC) reply

Born in the Bronx or in Yonkers?

Right now she was born in the Bronx in the text and in Yonkers in the infobox. One of those is wrong. Calle Widmann ( talk) 21:54, 8 February 2014 (UTC) reply

External links

Sometimes things just creep in and there is just to many "extra" links in the WP:External links section. As a "B-class" article a tag should be avoided so please examine this section for trimming (or adding into the article to: 1)- conform to current practices (none is actually needed for article class advancement), 2)- as article improvement, and 3)- so this concern can be remedied without further action. Thank you, Otr500 ( talk) 10:05, 25 October 2020 (UTC) reply

she never said anything bad about porn

If you read "Ordeal" carefully, you notice that she never says anything bad about pornography, or the porn industry, or the people she worked with, her co-stars, the directors. In fact she says nice things about them and seemed to like hanging out with them. Her entire beef is with Traynor. This should be pointed out. 68.196.1.236 ( talk) 12:42, 17 June 2021 (UTC)captcrisis reply

Biased

This Wikipedia entry seems highly biased against Linda Loveless. I wish contributions would remain more objective. 2601:601:1500:1E90:9820:BFF5:ED27:7E46 ( talk) 01:04, 21 November 2022 (UTC) reply
