Picture of Bruce Herschensohn

So I noticed that there is no picture for Bruce Herschensohn, the Republican nominee. I've found a few pictures of him, including this one and this one, but not only can't I figure when they were taken so that I can use the right one, I also have no idea who took them or if it's okay to put in Wikimedia Commons because of copyright, which I can't figure out. May someone give me a hand here? — Preceding unsigned comment added by PuzzledWaste ( talkcontribs) 20:35, 11 January 2021 (UTC) reply
