Kiput has eight
monophthongs /i ɪ e u ʊ o ə a/ , at least twelve
diphthongs /iw ew uj oj əj əw aj aw iə̯ eə̯ uə̯ oə̯/ and two
triphthongs /iə̯j iə̯w/ .
