Güroymak ( Kurdish: Norşîn, [2] from Armenian: Նորշեն, Norshen) is a town in Bitlis Province, Turkey. It is the seat of Güroymak District. [3] Its population is 25,724 (2021). [1] The current mayor is Hikmet Taşdemir ( HDP). [4]
The town is populated by Kurds of the Bekiran tribe. [5]
