Svenska: Stående oval, med rundad kant och svagt konvex framsida, på denna en bröstbild i profil åt höger i pålagd vit relief. Bilden föreställande Richard Howe (f. 8 mars 1726, d. 5 augusti 1799, earl och viscount, engelsk amiral); hjässan kal, håret vid öronen lockigt, nackhåret långt och omknutet med ett band; ögonbrynen buskiga, käkpartiet kraftigt utvecklat; halsduken framtill med ett bröstkrås; uniformsrocken med uppåtstående låg krage, kring denna, rockens framkant samt knapparna galoner; epåletter med tre stjärnor samt fransar ( bullioner ).
